Offered in 20-inch and 23-inch sizes, the line covers commuter trips and medium-length travel; the 23-inch version adds a thick double-zipper compartment for more organized storage.

The rear storage zone is molded into the case structure, which is why drawing-based manufacturing matters here. If your market needs a different compartment depth for bottles, a larger opening, or a different placement, our engineers work from your technical drawings and confirm the geometry with a prototype before mass production. The case is produced in our own factory with 1000-ton and 800-ton injection molding machines and automatic sheet extrusion lines, so a structural feature like the cup holder is formed at the source rather than added later. Sample development takes 20 to 35 days, and every batch passes material testing in our standardized reliability laboratory.
