Golf Travel Case

For golfers, the question before every trip is the same: will my clubs arrive intact? This golf travel case is built to answer it. The 45-inch interior is engineered around golf equipment, with dedicated space for a complete set of clubs and essential gear. The lining uses waterproof, stain-resistant fabric that wipes clean after mud, grass, or rain, and it is removable for washing, so the compartment stays hygienic trip after trip. Around the clubs, thick EVA shock-absorbing pads form a protective layer that keeps the set positioned and reduces impact during long-distance and air transport.

The case is positioned for golfers who move between courses frequently and need their equipment carried in an organized, protected way. At 45 inches, it suits professional golfers and serious enthusiasts, with the interior sized for full club sets. Between the padded layer, the cleanable lining, and the dedicated compartment, the case covers the three things a golfer cares about: protection, hygiene, and convenience at the course.

Golf club dimensions vary, and that is where our drawing-based manufacturing and prototype support come in. If your program targets a specific club bag model or a particular set configuration, our engineers develop the interior layout from your drawings and confirm the fit with a prototype before mass production, with sample development taking 20 to 35 days. The case is produced in our 30,000-square-meter base with 520 employees and an annual capacity of 800,000 suitcases, under ISO9001 and SA8000 certifications. We have also invested RMB 102 million in a new factory expected to begin production in 2027, which will raise annual capacity to 1,000,000 units, supporting growing golf and special-case programs.
