USB Charging Luggage

A drained phone in a strange airport terminal is one of the most common travel problems, and this USB charging luggage is built to remove it. A hidden USB fast-charging port is integrated into the case: place a power bank inside, connect the cable, and plug your device into the external port while the suitcase rolls beside you. There is no need to search for an occupied outlet at the gate or carry a power bank in your hand through security; the charging point simply travels with the luggage. The port position keeps the cable out of the way, so the case still moves and packs like a normal carry-on.

The front cover adds a multi-functional quick-access compartment, where boarding passes, chargers, and small daily items can be reached without opening the main compartment. Security checks, boarding, and mid-flight access all become faster. Offered in a 20-inch size, the case is positioned for one-to-two-day business trips, when the phone, tablet, and laptop are exactly the devices that drain fastest. It keeps the traveler connected from the departure lounge to the client's office.

Integrating a charging function into a suitcase shell is a technical task, not a label, and our R&D-led approach is what makes it reliable. As a national high-tech enterprise with 59 authorized patents in smart locking systems and nano-modified composite materials, we develop the USB integration as part of the case structure and support technical customization for OEM programs, such as port type, position, and charging configuration. Sample development takes 20 to 35 days, so your specification can be validated before mass production. Because the case is produced in our own factory from material modification to final assembly, the charging feature is built in at the source instead of being added as an aftermarket part.
